We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. However, we do accept same-day bookings up to 10:00 AM for most rivers.
During booking, you'll specify a secure key location (e.g., 'Gas cap', 'Receiver hitch', 'Front left tire'). Please ensure you have a spare key if you are locking the vehicle.
Yes. All FlyGuys drivers are vetted and insured. In the unlikely event of an incident, our comprehensive insurance policy provides coverage during the shuttle.
You can cancel or modify your booking for free up to 12 hours before your scheduled launch time. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Yes! We shuttle vehicles with drift boat trailers and raft trailers daily. Please select the 'Trailer' option when booking so our drivers are prepared.
Since we only move your vehicle (not you), your dog should be on the boat with you! We do not transport pets in customer vehicles.
